With Covid-19 so hyped up, it can be tough for people to keep clarity and peace in mind. Coronavirus is holding the entire world, forcing isolation and quarantine.

There is something positive in times of crisis, I reckon.
We have the proof nature is finally breathing again because of our “absence” out and about. It’s good to take some time for self-care globally. Time to get back to basics and be creative to more sustainable living: for Nature, for others, and individually.

All over the world, we are staying at home, and besides staying safe, we have more time to dedicate ourselves to our place. By slowing down all of a sudden, more people are reconnecting to oneself and reaching out to friends, you never “had the time” to talk to again.

Lorenza Bello, my classmate, a wonderful girl, and a beautiful human being (who I am lucky to consider my friend) had a splendid idea.
She took vantage of this current situation and, with such a global excuse, made a Facebook group chat to reconnect. She wrote to all the people who were part of this unique dance journey who took place in Milano, and which ended almost 9 years ago from today.

She spontaneously asked to reunite everyone virtually on a group video call. To stay closer, even distance, during this time of isolation.

So many memories, so many emotions, so much life lived and shared together. It was so lovely to see almost everyone. I treasure all of you in my heart with pride.

Yes, I’m so proud of all of you. Wait, Of all of us. Proud of the adult women and men, we are becoming according to our personal journey.

It’s so good to finally have the time, this time to catch up.
It’s making this life more real. More authentic, more ours.

I like to believe this is the sign we were all looking for. To reconsider how do we want to live this life and with who we like to share it.

Here a homemade video I made for the day of our graduation (back on 9 June 2012) to conclude this life chapter of studies at Teatro Alla Scala Ballet School very epically.

It’s interesting to see that it was not so much about dance, but more about memories shared together.

I thought of uploading it. I’m guessing someone would have appreciated it.
