Full Talk Title: You Want to Become a Better Leader? Take a Dance Class!

Did you know that 63% of workers are ready to quit their jobs due to stress and 35% of them say it due to their boss, according to Gallup? With stress being high among leaders and exercise being one way to relieve stress, I wondered if leaders could be better if they would simply take a dance class!

As a co-founder and chair of the dance company and a certified life and leadership coach, I am excited to show leaders, at all levels, that a dance class can teach 5 things:

Sharing your mission regularly.
Giving employees space to lead.
Real-time feedback.
Opportunity to show up big with performance.
Showing gratitude.
