Ted’s a great guy. His wife & 3 kids are nicer than nice. His wizardry at Abel Noser is unsung, but we sing his praise re Beer Culture, aka the great Gotham beer salon. How many salons did France have in the day? It’s ok for Ted and his partner to shoot for beer salons in every city, six in Gotham- but u didn’t hear it from me. And he grows apples in NH so call Ted the George Washington of beer salon nurturing in America and the Johnny Appleseed of NH orchards..he loves both.
